0:12 My normal day starts with coffee of course, and coffee the Italian way. The whole coffee procedure is more of a ritual to me and I actually enjoy it very much.

01:18 China is a hot topic right now everywhere in the world. Very few people actually have a deep understanding of what is life in this country.

 

01:49 The old process of producing a blog post is basically all about an idea, so sometimes you are reading a magazine or just walking on the street and you get an idea about someone you would like to talk to. Then, you just have to make it happen.

04:21 You have to love yourself, to be loved. I really need to have at least one hour per day during which I turn off my phone, I don't check my emails. It doesn't matter what I do in that hour, I just feel that I need to recharge my batteries. That is actually my beauty secret.

 

04:50 Aerobics is uh, my passion actually, and it completely changed my life. Just the idea of jumping around with other people, wearing shorts and being sweaty just makes me happy.

 

05:17 I find that here people are just more, receptive in a way they absorb from what they see in a magazine or in the street or on TV and of course in Beijing and Shanghai especially. I have really high expectations about China.
